Job Description

  • Responsible for all activities involved in the Sales department.
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring the promotion , bidding for enquiry /project across India /International
  • Helping & guiding proposal team preparing cost effective offers & tenders for winning the orders.
  • Providing pre/post-sales support services and coordinate between manufacturing-execution and finance for completion of deal
  • Planning & Responsible for sales budget.
  • Conducting risk analysis and cash flow analysis of high value systems /projects
  • Responsible for providing an Annual Sales Plan and also quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities in PAN India and International market.
  • Retention of existing business
  • Device new strategies, Pharmaceutical & Biotech Market Study.
  • Meeting customers & Consultant from Concept till Execution.
  • Networking – Inter Company : Sales /Rapport building
    • Networking -External Company :Marketing
    • Technical understanding of URS /P & ID / Other documents
    • Follow Up of existing offers, pending payments
    • Follow of service cells /problems
    • Continuous up gradation of technical knowledge for self and for the team members so that, we can deliver correct solution to the customer
    • To gain and upgrade companies various product. To collect and study information of competitors products and market.
    • Overcoming entry barriers in highly critical, competitive and closely knit bio-pharm & Sterile Injectable industry.
    • Correct and complete understanding of the customer requirements in order to offer a complete solution
